Mariza Live in London DVD

New FilmsThe Netherlands - World Connection has released the new Mariza DVD, Live in London, in the Netherlands and Germany. Live in London shows the best of Portugal's Personality of the Year Award winner. It is a BBC Sessions recording of Mariza’s concert at the Union Chapel (London) recorded last year. The DVD's bonus material are the music videos “O Gente da Minha Terra” and “Cavaleiro Monge” and a special interview with Mariza.

The DVD will be released in the USA by Four Quarters Entertainment in September 2004. The release in other countries is scheduled for June 14 2004, by EMI/Virgin.

A remix of Mariza’s “O Deserto” can be heard on the new album Chillfado, Vol. 1. This album is a loungy remix of fado songs performed by various different Portuguese artists and is released in The Netherlands and Germany by World Connection. In other countries the album is released by 2-Dance (www.chillfado.com/en/voices.htm).
