01/03/2005 01:57AM
Contributed by: ARomero

New CDsForest Hills, New York, USA - South African group Ladysmith Black Mambazo has a new CD, No Boundaries, to be released worldwide by Heads Up International on January 25, 2005. This recording finds the South African a cappella powerhouse joined by the strings of the English Chamber Orchestra for a unique project pairing their "isicathamiya" singing with the likes of Mozart, Schubert and Bach.

No Boundaries, released to coincide with the group's upcoming three month tour of the United States (see tour dates below), comes a year after their Heads Up debut, Raise your Spirit higher, recently nominated for two Grammy Awards (Best Traditional World Music Album and Best Surround Sound Album).
