World Music Central retracts its new story published August 27, 2005, under the title WPYO 95.3 "Program Director Named in Payola Scandal." The originally published report presented received via PR Web contained information that was unverified and damaging to Mr. Phil Becker.

We wish to make it clear that there is no evidence that Mr. Phil Becker is involved any form of payola. He is not an owner, director, officer, employee, or other agent of Dirty Bottom Corporation.

Furthermore, there is no evidence that Mr. Becker took any money for airplay, nor has he ever received any money, directly or indirectly, from 2MCH4Y4 Records, LLC, nor from Willie Stewart. The allegations that he agreed to play music for payment and to pay Unmiversal Records have not been substantiated.

In addition, we have found no evidence that the Florida Attorney General is investigating this matter.

In view of this, we consider now is the appropriate time that we should formally retract the unverified news story that we published.

We sincerely apologize to Mr. Phil Becker for the harm inflicted on his reputation
