Phoenix (Arizona), USA - The Blue Stone Project is award-winning Native American guitarist and flutist Aaron White, guitarist/bassist Gary Rasmussen and drummer Ed Michaels. Blue Stone is a blues-tinged, rock-oriented sound that reflects contemporary Native American life in America .They are joined on one track by the poetry and voice of rock legend John Densmore, the drummer and founding member of The Doors.

Aaron White's music has found expression in many forms - in bands he has led, such as Burning Sky, Skychasers Super Chief and in solo performances. Gary Rasmussen's bands have played with such acts as Jefferson Airplane, John Lennon and Yoko Ono Alice Cooper, ZZ Top, Iggy Pop and Patti Smith. Ed Michaels toured for five years with Roy Rogers and the Delta Rhythm Kings, touring with Stevie Ray Vaughn, Robert Cray, B.B. King and Ry Cooder.
