The 2007 Mantra International World Music Festival will be held
on February 9, 10, 11th, 2007. The Mantra International World Music Festival is
about Music & Culture from all countries; their art, dance, music, film,
cultural traditions and customs. The idea of the Mantra Festival is to create a
sanctuary for the arts as well as creating networking opportunities for artists,
producers and entertainment professionals.
"Our 2007 Mantra Festival Entertainment Conference, which will be held in conjunction with the 2007 Mantra International World Music Festival, has also received International attention from bands, record companies, producers and presenters. There are many people from around the world who are interested in coming to the Mantra Festival events. Our events will present artists and entertainers, such as: African, Caribbean, South American, Native American and European.
This is our 2nd Mantra International World Music Festival and the idea is
to expand on our theme of presenting independent and major artists, providing
economic opportunities for new artists and empowering our youth to make positive
choices through art and music.
A big part of our Mantra International World Music Festival is about having a
positive impact on our neglected communities. We are making plans to have youth
and community activities during the festival, such as free dance, music and art
clinics/workshops as a positive step toward the development of our youth."
