World Music at Colonial Presents Hexacorde, Innovative Spanish Folk

EventsMadrid, Spain - After the first two weeks of world music at the new Madrid venue, where funk and progressive rock were combined with Maghrebian and Arabic music, this Saturday brings together two of the most dazzling artists in modern Spanish folk. Representing the most fascinating new Spanish folk scene are the brilliant young singer Vanesa Muela and skilful band Hexacorde. the concert will be held October 20 at 22:30 h. (10:30 p.m.). Ticket price: 12 euros with one free drink. 

Line-up: Vanesa Muela (voice, traditional & kitchen percussions), Álvaro Aguilar (dulzaina, flute, xaphoon, cajón, drums & percussions), Víctor Rionegro Queijo (electric bass), Rafa Alonso (flutes, dulzaina, bagpipe & percussions), Ángel Goyanes (cittern, acoustic guitar & percussions), Fernando Llorente (clarinet, gaita charra & drum), Héctor López (jembe, darbuka, drums, percussion & clarinet).
